Sales Tax

Tax Exemptions
If you are placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email us at panergychina@163.com. Be prepared to provide proof of your tax-exempt status for the state where the products will be shipped. A representative will guide you on how to fax or email your tax exemption certificate to us so that we can process your tax refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. The name of the organization or individual on the order must match the name on the state tax exemption certificate exactly. Please note that we do not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
